Israeli venture capital firm Glilot Capital Partners has announced that it has appointed Tzach Segal as Chief Business Officer. In the role, Segal will lead the fund’s Advisory Board and support portfolio companies with their go-to-market strategies.

Segal brings more than 15 years of experience spanning global relationships with cloud providers, technology vendors, and consulting partners across various sales models. Prior to joining Glilot, he held key positions at Cybereason, Ahoy Insurance, Splunk, and HPE. His experience includes collaborations with industry leaders such as Google, AWS, Okta, and Red Hat.
Glilot Capital Partners was founded in 2011 by Samboursky and Arik Kleinstein, and added Nofar Amikam and Lior Litwak as investing partners in 2021. It has recorded 19 exits and has roughly $1 billion under management.
