"I think your leadership is reflected in everything that you do, everything," said Former Brown Hotels CEO Oshri Deri. "People see you, everywhere you go, your teams, they see you. They see everything that you do. You think that they don't even if you sit at a table with someone in a meeting, okay, everyone is looking at you. You are producing stories about you everywhere in your organization."

Oshri Deri began his career at just 14 years old working as a dishwasher. From there, he transitioned into hospitality, moving from service roles to high-level management.
Oshri has managed some of Israel’s most prestigious hotels, and then went on to spearhead Brown Hotels’ European expansion, particularly in Greece.
Nowadays he’s a real estate entrepreneur, leading million-dollar deals across Israel and Greece.
